From Vision to Vibrant Landscapes
When Beau Wimberly founded RMPS Landscaping in July 2016, it wasn’t with venture capital or flashy marketing. It started with faith, grit, and a vision to build something that would glorify God and serve the local community. The Wimberlys didn’t just want to do landscaping—they wanted to do it with purpose.
Beau’s first clients didn’t just get a new yard—they got someone who treated their property like sacred ground. With every blade of sod laid, every paver positioned, and every irrigation line installed, he delivered precision and care that made people take notice. Word of mouth spread quickly, and so did their footprint.
Today, RMPS is known for transforming outdoor spaces across the Denver metro—especially in neighborhoods like Castle Pines Village, The Canyons, Pradera, The Timbers, and The Pinery. But no matter how big the project or high-end the design, RMPS never strays from its roots: delivering high-integrity work with heart.
More Than a Business
A Ministry Through Landscaping
At RMPS, landscaping is the craft—but ministry is the mission. For Beau and Krystal Wimberly, every yard is holy ground, every homeowner is a neighbor to serve, and every project is an opportunity to glorify God through hard work, honesty, and excellence.
Their Christian faith isn’t just a footnote in their story—it’s the foundation. It guides their hiring practices, their community involvement, and even the way they respond to customers in challenging moments. When other companies might cut corners or chase quick profits, RMPS chooses the path of integrity—even when it costs more, takes longer, or requires prayerful patience.
The Wimberlys often say their goal isn’t just to build patios and planters—it’s to build trust, relationships, and God’s kingdom in their corner of Colorado. That’s why clients frequently become friends, and why their team treats each project like it belongs to someone they love. Because in a way—it does.
A Family on Mission — With God at the Center
At RMPS Landscaping, everything begins with one unshakable foundation: God. Beau and Krystal Wimberly don’t just run a family business—they live a God-centered mission. Their six children are a blessing, their team is an extension of that family, and the work they do? It’s worship through service.
Every design, every stone laid, every irrigation line installed is approached with prayer and purpose. Beau often reminds his team that their real boss is the Lord—and that landscaping is simply the medium through which they serve others. The Wimberlys are faithful stewards of their gifts, using business as a ministry to love their neighbors well.
The phrase “We do it for the kids” still rings true, but even that phrase is undergirded by a deeper truth: they do it for the glory of God. Whether helping a young family create a peaceful backyard retreat or giving a local school a shaded structure for children to enjoy, RMPS is guided by Kingdom principles—not just profit margins.
Popcorn, Generosity, and Beau’s Heart for the Community
Acts of kindness rarely make headlines—but they make communities. And if you spend any time around Beau Wimberly, you’ll quickly see that generosity isn’t an event. It’s a lifestyle.
Local business leader Sean Hakes shared a moment that perfectly captures Beau’s heart. “I remember hanging out with Beau in Downtown Castle Rock. There was a local vendor selling popcorn. The popcorn smelled delicious, but for some reason no one was coming up and buying it. Beau went up and asked the gentleman how much for all of the popcorn. When he told him, Beau pulled out a wad of cash, bought all of the popcorn for the day—and then started handing it out for free to Castle Rock residents walking by.”
Beau didn’t do it for attention. He did it because he saw a neighbor struggling and wanted to bless others in the process. It’s that simple—and that rare. This spirit of selfless giving runs through everything RMPS Landscaping touches, from community outreach projects to spontaneous moments of love-in-action like this one. It’s just who Beau is.
A Legacy of Local Leadership
Long before RMPS Landscaping became one of Douglas County’s top design and install firms, Beau Wimberly was already leading by example. As one of the first members of the Castle Rock Local Business Alliance, he believed in the power of small, locally owned businesses to shape the culture, economy, and future of our town.
Beau didn’t just join the movement—he embodied it. Whether mentoring fellow entrepreneurs or showing up to support their events, Beau’s presence has always been marked by generosity and quiet strength. As Castle Rock grew, so did the need for a broader voice—and when the Douglas County Local Business Alliance launched, Beau stepped up again, this time as a Founding Member.
His leadership isn’t political. It’s personal. Beau leads with humility, faith, and a firm belief that when you lift up small businesses, you lift up families, neighborhoods, and the next generation. That’s why he continues to advocate for others behind the scenes—so that more builders, bakers, barbers, and boutique owners can thrive in Douglas County.
