What Does the Board of Advisors Do?

The Board of Advisors plays a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the DCLBA. Each advisor will represent a geographic area of Douglas County and act as a bridge between local businesses and our leadership team.

  • Represent regional voices — from Castle Rock to Highlands Ranch and everything in between
  • Report on business and community issues in their area
  • Provide strategic feedback, insight, and recommendations
  • Help identify advocacy priorities and policy opportunities
  • Guide community engagement, partnerships, and events
  • Ensure member needs and concerns are heard and acted upon

Because Your Voice Matters

You’ve built your business. You’ve invested in this community. Now it’s time to shape what comes next.

The Board of Advisors isn’t just about meetings — it’s about making a measurable difference. It’s about having a voice at the table when local policies are shaped, when growth strategies are planned, and when our community needs a champion.

“If not us, then who? If not now, then when?”
